effective way for couples to share and collect information with

it cost to have a wedding website?
We offer several packages ranging from the Basic Package to
the Platinum Plus Package. Please see our Pricing

Can I purchase
my own domain name with Wedding On-Line?
We give you the ability to search for your own domain name and
purchase it through Wedding On-Line. This will increase the
cost of the site by $35.

Can I extend
how long my website is available for viewing?
You can extend the amount of months your site is available by
contacting us. Quotes are given by
request.

When
will I be able see my website on the Internet?
Your site will be available on-line immediately after your registration
is confirmed. The site will be blank except for your names until
you enter information and upload pictures.

How long does it take to setup my website?
The completion of your website depends on you. A site with few
words and pictures can take as little as an hour. As you register
for the free trial or a website package, the information that
you enter begins to populate your website for you.

Do I have to complete my website in one sitting?
No, you don’t. Each time you make changes they are saved
to your site. You can log out and return later. Upon return,
log into the Site Designer™ using the username and password
you designated when you registered. Finish populating the remainder
of your site at any time.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Diners Club.
You may also pay by check through our auto pay method.

If I decide to purchase the site during or at the end
of the 7-Day Free Trial, how do I pay for the website?
Log into the Site Designer™ anytime before the trial period
expires and select "Pay for Website". This will take
you to the payment page.

Can
I give this service as a gift?
Yes, you can give our wedding websites as gifts and what a wonderful
gift it makes. Our goal here at Wedding On-Line is to help couples
share their big day with their family and friends and to help
relieve as much stress as possible during the planning changes.

Do
I have to keep the template that I originally choose?
You can change your site template at any time. We are frequently
adding new templates to the site. We understand that you may
change your mind and find another website template that more
accurately expresses your personalities.

Am
I limited to how often I can make changes to the site?
No, definitely not! We have tried to make this service extremely
flexible and easy to use. We encourage you to play with the
site and make it your own.

How does Wedding On-Line get my video?
A week before the big day, you will receive a video indexing
form that allows you to pick the section names for your indexed
video. You will give this form to your videographer/cinematographer
(if you have one). They can complete the in and out points for
the sections you choose on the form. Included with the form
that you receive will be a return shipping label and envelope
for you to use to send the video and completed form back to
us. Your video will be indexed and uploaded within 7 days of
receiving it.

What format is best for the video?
You can send your video on VHS or DVD. We would prefer your
video to be digitized on a DVD. However, you can send us a VHS
tape of the original that you get from the videographer.

How can we tell our friends and family
about our website?
One of the features of your website is a free email account
you can use to send and receive emails pertaining to the wedding.
Also, your wedding website has an "Email Blast" feature
that allows you to enter your family and friends email addresses
and then send them emails for such things as "Visit Our
Site", "Save the Date" reminders, "Updates
to the Site", etc.

I already purchased a domain
name. Can I still use your service?
Yes, you most definitely can! Please indicate this when you
are registering for a website package or for the Free 7-Day
Trial. We will contact you via email with instructions on how
to redirect the domain name to your wedding website.

What will my web address/URL
be if I do not have my own domain name?
Your Wedding On-Line web address/URL will appear one of two
ways. You can choose for your name to appear before weddingon-line
or after. For example: http://www.weddingon-line.com/yourname
or http://yourname/weddingon-line.com.

How do I keep people I don't
know from seeing my site?
All of our sites are password protected. This protects your
site from unwanted visitors and protects your privacy. Only
people that you give the password to will be able to log into
your site. |
